"Mama, where's the boat?"

After preschool on election day I took Taylor to vote with me. I said, "we are going to go vote before we go home." She said, " I see crocodiles snap, snap." Knowing she was talking about a Go Diego Go episode about crocodiles. I said, "No, not a boat. I am going to vote." She still didn't understand and was very displeased when we left the polling place and we hadn't even seen the boat yet.

The hot weather has reminded Taylor about going swimming. The other day she said, "I want to wear my swimming soup in the poodle."
